You cannot write much because you think about grammar so much. I am also glad to share with you. So try to write 10 sentences now without thinking of grammar. Next, try 20 sentences. When you can reach 100 ones, it's time to think about grammar.

It seems that U'R good at Speaking & listening, arent U?? So, just focus on Grammar & reading. Writting is not really problematic because If U try ur best to write, the examiner will help U. To writting & speaking test, the examiner will evaluate ur effort, not ur competence.

If U think U can, U can. If U think U cant, U cant.
And we think U can, for sure^~^

3 things to write well.

1. Topic sentence at first. You should let Readers know what you wanna tell them.

2. Supporting sentences. You should provide as much evidence to Support your Topic Sentence.

3. Concluding sentence. Of Course you should sum up everything you wanna tell, otherwise Readers will Forget them all.

Sample:

OF is my favourite Forum. (Okie, this is the Topic sentence. Next, we should give some reasons to prove it, those are called suporting sentences.)

I love it because of three reasons. First, blah blah. Second, blah blah. Third, blah blah. (Almost done. But now we should summerize what we said above. That's called Concluding sentence.)

In short, OF is where we can find good friends, and share any Thing we want.... blah blah...

Never think abt ur age, my friend. I've worked with a man born in 1976 and he seemed to be the best learner I've ever taught. He never said 'give up', just studying harder & harder!!!
Although his speaking is not quite good, he's always eager to join E club to discuss with many young leaners. After 1 month, he could talk with some foreigners without embarrassment.
