We are people who are owned and used Ford Focus cars from your company assembling. However, after a short period from the date of purchase used vehicles, we have recorded a series of cases that car's machines can not be started when we use and / or control panel error engine.There are also some minor errors, such as glass windows òf the drivers area is trapped or without warning signals installed lifelines although lifelines have not even been installed.Immediately after detecting the problem, we brought the car into the workshop of the agents of Ford Vietnam, but the technicians did not detect the cause.This fact makes us very concerned about the quality of the Focus car, as they occur despite we use the car with the manufacturer's instructions carefully while the technician has not been given any words explain any or any appropriate solutions.
