Here you are: replace "username" above by "/ /you/", remove space between / /

Simple quote is ["] and multiquote is ["+]

Forum has "multiquoting" feature ["+]. Just click ["+] at the lower right conner of each message you want to quote, then ["] for the last quote, and you'll have multiquote.

I think you catch wrong idea of asker! The quesion was: "how to put a quote in others?", not below others.
