(March 13, 2013) New flame-resistant flight deck jerseys made of moisture wicking and quick-drying fabric, sponsored by the Office of Naval Research's TechSolutions rapid-response program and Naval Air Systems Command, could be worn by Navy flight deck crews across the fleet as early as 2014.
