I have experience translating documents related to healthcare. Why are those sentences too hard to you? in terms of grammar or vocabulary? As for me, I have problems translating some technical terms properly into Vietnamese.

those difficult usually happen at the end of sentence , especial of long and many of ideas .
I intend to watch the way foreigner researching and treating Cancer , especially how they apply chemical agents , etc .../ related document I seek on Intenet only due to no other avaiable
next time I ll post up some of them here .

I guess you 're trying to translate vietnamese document into english and guess that all these documents are medical instructions, medical ingredients, use methode,etc. these informations are really important, sensible, dangerous. Though regarding you english now, my advice is looking for a real professional English translator, do translation and correction carefully.
