I found that most of people here possibly speak English well and very confident. I dont think people here need much study English except the one who wants to take E certificate for academic purposes .
I myself spent much time in the past to study E but I could not speak and listen fluently until I have a good environment where I interacted with foreigners.

"United States officials said Tuesday a U.S. military satellite detected a heat flash before a Russian airplane crashed over Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula.

The Metrojet A-321 crash happened on October 31, killing 224 people onboard. That included 17 children. Investigators have not announced thecause of the crash.

On Tuesday, Egyptian President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi dismissed claims by the Islamic State that it brought down the airplane. He called the claims“propaganda” meant to “damage the stability and security of Egypt.”

The Metrojet crash happened about 20 minutes after the plane took off from the Sharm el-Sheikh airport. The plane was traveling to St. Petersburg,Russia.

Several airlines have said they will stop flying over the Sinai peninsula for safety reasons."

For example, some people I know. They have several month for study Japanese. They have felt very hard to study. They couldn't read and write.
But after 2 months live in Japan. They can write and read Japanese.

i really nervous about recently flight accident. Now a day we have no choice better than air plane for transportation, especially for a long distance. The current situation make me think about terrorism but not technical problem. Hopefully there is no more plane accident in the world in future.

In general, our attitude but not talent will decides quality. For example, the woman cook a meal for her son/daughter in his/her birthday, she will make it with love and concentrate and even think about it for several days before... And i could sure that, the meal will be perfect even she is not a really good chief. English is the same. So if we put a good attitude for that, such as it is the most necessary to become great for our life, or we can omit a meal, a game, a movie but not time for English. In this case, i hundred percent guarantee for your improvement in English.

i really nervous about recently flight accident. Now a day we have no choice better than air plane for transportation, especially for a long distance. The current situation make me think about terrorism but not technical problem. Hopefully there is no more plane accident in the world in future.

I have the same thought! No distress call, no abnormal behavior happened, just the crash!??? But how come the IS could be armed with a weapon which reaches to the height of 10 km??
We still need the conclusion from the investigator to know what exactly occurred with the plane.
Air travel is still the safest commuting method at this moment! So, sometimes, the flight is just out of luck!

The same to me!
My E after graduation was just some grammar from High school; technical term and structure from the undergraduate course! At the time, my strength was reading due to I am kind of researcher!
In the first organization I worked - an Agricultural Institute, I was very lucky that they have lots of ODA project which meaned I had to work with many English speaking people. That was not only an opportunity but also a challenge for me! At very first months, I was struggling to understand the contexts and also to explain my ideas to others. Time after time, my E skills had been improved not as quickly as studying at E class but more concretely!
