Like this: when i read newspaper like Cnn, Telegraph, Reuters...i can understand meaning 70% words, But i am really difficult in order to catch key infomation or understand properly, So how can i do to improve this skill?

I think my English is quite ok when i was in the university. But when I'm at work I realize that my English needs to improve a lot. I wish I could make a presentation of Vietnamese attractions to foreign tourists like a professsional tour guide. How could I do that ??

Sure, no other choice . When I worked with foreign customer, at first time, i was really diffident. But day by day, i am getting to be more and more fluent. Of course practice makes perfect but I think you just speak well if you have chance to communicate with foreigner, talking with your with your Vietnamese friend even not good for your pronounciation ( but actually still good for your reaction
