Bác chủ thớt đọc lại cái này, giành riêng cho Camry, không mới nhưng cũng chẳng cũ lắm: "The Toyota Maintenance Guide for the Camry 5SFE engine calls for the inspection of the transmission fluid every 30,000 miles... just an inspection. There is nothing on fluid replacement. As a general rule, a simple 'drain & fill' every 30,000 miles is advised to keep your transmission in top working condition. To extend the drain interval beyond 30,000 miles and to perhaps increase the longevity of your transmission, consider using Synthetic ATF fluid such as Mobil I or the new General Motors Dexron VI Synthetic Blend ATF fluid. 1990 to 2001 Camry's require Dexron III. The Dexron VI is backward compatible to Dexron III and will not harm your transmission.
With most automatic transmissions, ATF fluid operating temperatures at or below 175 degrees F should last close to 100,000 miles; however, for every 20 degrees increase in temperature, ATF fluid life is cut in half. Most cars under normal operation reach temperatures approaching 210 degrees ... and higher if underload such a towing. Full synthetic ATF can withstand approximately 225 degrees before thermal breakdown will occur.
An indication of ATF fluid breakdown occurs when its color has turned from bright red to brown or black accompanied with a burning smell. Since ATF is a low viscosity (thin) lubricant, under high heat situations such as towing and stop and go summer driving, the fluid will 'cook' or oxidize resulting in varnish and sludge buildup (a result of thermal breakdown). It's detergent and lubrication properties may have either broken down or become depleted. The color change is a standard indicator used to determine its condition along with a burning smell."
Họ nói nên kiểm tra sau 30 ngàn dặm (khoảng 48 ngàn km). Nếu dầu đổi mầu từ đỏ sáng sang nâu hay đen (và cả mùi khét) thì phải thay. Chạy bao nhiêu lâu phải thay phụ thuộc vào loại dầu và cách vận hành xe. Nếu luôn bức máy (thốc tăng tốc nhanh, chở nặng,...) làm nhiệt độ hoạt động của dầu cao thì nhanh phải thay hơn,còn bình thường thì phải hơn 15 vạn km mới phải nghĩ!!!
Cái này thì đúng là mấy ông gara Hà Lội sướng nhất bác nhỉ? đã thế họ lại còn được quay mặt đi cười
